At WTS Broadcast we are delighted to provide an efficient delivery service to customers within the UK and countries within the EU. Using DPD(Parceline) we are able to provide Next Working Day delivery for UK deliveries

For our EU customers we use the highly reputable DPD (Parceline) delivery service, providing an effective delivery service to 27 countries within the EU and a competitive 2-7 working day timeframe.

Shipping Information

UK deliveries: Orders can be despatched to the carholders address. Deliveries are made on weekdays Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm and require a signature. You will only receive your purchase on a Saturday if you have paid for (and are eligible for) Saturday Delivery.

Please note: Next Working Day delivery does not include Saturday delivery. If nobody is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery.

Within the shopping cart there is a facility where you can add special delivery instructions. For example: "If out, please leave with neighbour".

We dispatch orders on weekdays only, Mon-Fri except Bank Holidays. If you place your order on Friday before 4:00pm on a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Monday.

PLEASE ALSO BE AWARE THAT IF YOUR CHOSEN METHOD OF PAYMENT IS BANK TRANSFER, GOODS CANNOT BE DESPATCHED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL.  AS SOON AS THE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AT WTS WE WILL DELIVER TO YOUR CHOSEN DELIVERY METHOD AND TIMESCALE.
