Shipping Information
We use DPD(Parceline) to provide a Next Working Day delivery service for UK deliveries and a competitive 2-7 working day delivery timeframe to 27 countries within the EU.
UK deliveries: Orders can be despatched to the carholders address. Deliveries are made on weekdays Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm and require a signature. You will only receive your purchase on a Saturday if you have paid for (and are eligible for) Saturday Delivery.
Please note: Next Working Day delivery does not include Saturday delivery. If nobody is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery.
Within the shopping cart there is a facility to add special delivery instructions. For example: "If out, please leave with neighbour".
We dispatch orders on weekdays only, Mon-Fri except Bank Holidays. If you place your order on Friday before 4:00pm on a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Monday.
IF YOUR CHOSEN METHOD OF PAYMENT IS BANK TRANSFER, GOODS CANNOT BE DESPATCHED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL.
NB: All costs are based on 31.5Kgs max weight limit (unless specified). For weight exceeding 31.5kgs pls call +44 (0) 208 594 3336 for a competitive quotation.
